1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging are intact.
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us at contact@2050sclothing.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

At this time, we only replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us with photos and order details.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
